Dr. Tronie Rifkin is President of Out of Chaos Consulting, Inc., a professional research and evaluation consulting firm located in Southern California. Over the last 15 years, Tronie has worked with educational institutions, social service agencies, and other non-profit entities to develop effective and successful programs and services. She specializes in the creative application of research and evaluation techniques to identify what is and is not working in order to provide useful information for program improvement and decision-making. Using the power of research and evaluation, Tronie is dedicated to helping educational and social service programs develop and succeed.

Tronie holds a Ph.D. degree in education and research methods from UCLA; an M.S. in organizational psychology from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA); and, a B.S. in Russian language and economics from Georgetown University. She is also the recipient of a William J. Fulbright Fellowship. She currently complements her evaluation and research work by teaching an introduction to psychology course at the local community college. (link to full resume)
