CRA Project Team Members For each CRA project, Dr. Anne Clark develops and manages a team of highly qualified professional consultants to efficiently and effectively accomplish project goals. Anne leads all CRA project teams and is accountable for the successful implementation of projects. Since CRA’s inception, Dr. Tronie Rifkin has been a frequent CRA project team member, and Dr. Wendy Limbert has been a core team member on CRA projects during the past two years. Project teams frequently include other consultants such as university faculty members and financial professionals who contribute project-specific expertise.
