Wendy M. Limbert, Ph.D.

Dr. Wendy Limbert is a social psychologist with more than 10 years of experience in academic and community research. Her work with nonprofit organizations has included service as a board member, steering committee member, grant writer, researcher, and evaluator. Her areas of expertise include poverty and fiscal policy, with a focus on issues impacting moderate- and low-income families. Wendy’s prior work includes serving as the Director of Studies and Analysis for Western Strategies Center, a nonprofit policy research center in Colorado. While there, she led projects on local healthcare infrastructure, state budget issues, and municipal governance.

Wendy holds a Ph.D. degree in social psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz; an M.A. degree in experimental psychology from San Diego State University; and a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Dayton.
